Terms & Conditions

Effective from 1 January 2024

1. Service Provider

Richard Menšík, Company ID: 01032615, registered at Tomečkova 4285/13, 767 01 Kroměříž, Czech Republic. Contact: info@rebornart.cz.

2. Subject of the Service

The provider offers graphic editing of reborn doll photographs: background replacement, retouching, collages, adding accessories and other edits according to the customer's wishes.

3. Order

Orders are placed via the contact form on the website or by e-mail. An order becomes binding upon written confirmation by the provider. The customer must provide a photo of sufficient quality and a clear description of the requested edit.

4. Price and Payment

The price is set according to the current price list or by individual agreement. The customer first receives a watermarked preview of the edit. Payment is made by bank transfer to account no. 312910812/0300 (IBAN CZ66 0300 0000 0003 1291 0812) after the preview is approved, unless agreed otherwise. An invoice is issued on request.

5. Delivery

The finished work is delivered by e-mail in JPEG or PNG format. A watermarked preview is usually sent within 48 hours of order confirmation, and the finished work without the watermark once the payment has been received. For more complex edits the deadline may be extended; the customer will be informed.

6. Copyright

The customer declares that they are entitled to use the photos provided. The graphic edit is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use is only permitted on the basis of a written agreement.

7. Complaints

The customer may raise a complaint within 14 days of delivery. See the Complaints Policy for details.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Final Provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The provider reserves the right to amend them – the current version is always published on the website. Any disputes will first be resolved amicably.

We only process data provided when placing an order or through the contact form: name, e-mail, phone (if provided) and reborn doll photos submitted for editing.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is used solely to fulfil the order, communicate with the customer and handle complaints. It is not shared with third parties or used for marketing without consent.

4. Retention Period

Personal data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and meet legal archiving obligations (generally 5 years). Photos are deleted after the finished work is delivered, unless agreed otherwise.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict processing and to object. Exercise your rights by writing to info@rebornart.cz. Complaints are handled by the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz) or your national data protection authority.

6. Cookies & Analytics

The rebornart.cz website uses Google Analytics for anonymous visitor statistics. This data does not allow any individual to be identified. By using the website you consent to this; consent can be withdrawn in your browser settings.

Complaints Policy

Effective from 1 January 2024

1. General Provisions

This complaints policy sets out the customer's rights when raising a complaint about graphic edits provided by Richard Menšík (Company ID: 01032615) via rebornart.cz.

2. When You Can Complain

The customer may raise a complaint if the resulting edit clearly does not match the brief. A complaint must be raised within 14 days of delivery of the finished work.

3. How to Raise a Complaint

Send your complaint by e-mail to info@rebornart.cz with the subject "Complaint". State your name, the order date, how the result differs from the brief and attach the work you received. The complaint will be resolved within 14 business days.

4. Resolution

A valid complaint is resolved by a free correction according to the original brief. If a correction is not possible, the customer may request a refund. Complaints arising from a change of wishes after the order was confirmed, or from poor quality of the submitted photo, are not valid.

5. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the customer has the right to contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz), which also handles cross-border consumer disputes.

Frequently asked questions

How will you send me the photos?

We send the finished photos by e-mail, or via WhatsApp / Messenger if you prefer.

What quality does the original photo need to be?

The better the original, the better the result. Ideally at least 1500 px on the shorter side.

What if I don't like the result?

Revisions are free depending on your package: Basic 1, Standard 3, Premium unlimited. And because you only pay after approving the preview, there's no risk.

How does payment work?

You pay only after you approve. We first send you a watermarked preview, and if you like it, you pay by bank transfer. Once the payment arrives, we send you the finished photo without the watermark.

Can I order several photos at once?

Yes! For larger orders (5+) we offer an individual discount. Write to us and we'll work something out.

Can I use the photo commercially?

By default the photo is for personal use. Commercial use is available for an extra fee – just write to us.
